Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch and French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Venn Group.

About the Role:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Manage customer orders from entry to billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a global or EMEA context.
