Rosebank Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning clinical sessions, appointments, and clinical room bookings to ensure efficient use of practice resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical medical systems, preferably SystmOne, and experience working in an administrative environment within the NHS. Knowledge of General Practice is desirable but not essential. As a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan clinical sessions, appointments, and clinical room bookings
- Provide administrative support for vasectomy and minor surgery service

Person Specification
- Good standard of education with 5 C/GCSEs or equivalent
- Experience of working in an administrative environment within the NHS
- Knowledge/experience of clinical medical systems
- Desirable: knowledge/experience of SystmOne, experience of working in General Practice
