Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our team at Francis Clark LLP. As a key member of our Tax department, you will be responsible for managing and developing our corporate tax team, providing technical and mentoring support to junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Accounts and Audit Directors/Partners to ensure a comprehensive tax service to clients
  • Manage the Complex Corporate Tax team
  • Provide technical and mentoring support to the junior Tax team members
  • Manage and review complex corporate tax returns
  • Remain technically up to date with all relevant tax matters and able to accurately interpret and apply current tax legislation
  • Manage work-in-progress on all assignments ensuring regular and timely billing and assisting with the prompt collection of debtors
  • Assist in developing tax technical materials and where relevant, carry out training on specific corporate tax technical areas

Requirements

  • Significant experience of tax with a focus on large corporate tax compliance
  • CTA qualified, ACA or ACCA an advantage
