Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice maintenance operative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of activities in their trade subject as set out by the Company and their training provider.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure that services delivered have met expectations.
  • Ensure work areas have been left clean and tidy.
  • Clean, maintain and store materials and equipment.
  • Attend College on a day release basis, and undertake any additional training as requested.
  • Take part in the apprentice review process.
  • Follow Health & Safety policy and procedures, including the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) where needed.
  • Use all tools, equipment, and materials safely in accordance with COSHH regulations.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers, and managers.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of maths.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Ability to work in external environments and work at height.
  • Can pay close attention to detail.
  • Can be flexible in work activities, locations and hours of work.
  • Can understand and follow instructions.
  • Can work as part of a team.
