**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Central Eastern England. As a Field Service Engineer with Alfa Laval, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, carrying out maintenance and repairs of Alfa Laval equipment, and participating in our 24-hour call-out system.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Performing preventive maintenance, emergency, and warranty repairs on high-speed rotating equipment.
  • Inspecting, commissioning, and fault-finding of new and existing equipment.
  • Assisting and training customer maintenance personnel on operating and maintaining Alfa Laval equipment.
  • Providing process and technical support to the department and customers.
  • Meeting KPIs for the service team in areas such as job reports and timesheets.

**Requirements**

  • A recognised apprenticeship or minimum level of technical training.
  • Strong working background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably with separation equipment.
  • Good level of competence in electronic equipment testing, fault finding, and reading schematic diagrams.
  • Previous industry backgrounds could include wastewater, food, brewery, food processing plants, power stations, factory automation, marine, or military.
  • PC literacy and comfort using laptop technology.

**Salary Range**: Estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
