Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with an established and growing insurance firm to recruit an HR Shared Services Team Lead. This 9-12 month contract is based out of our Bedford office, with the opportunity to relocate to Milton Keynes on a hybrid working arrangement.

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of insurance services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Shared Services Team Lead to join their team and drive the success of their HR Shared Service function.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team and provide guidance on HR processes and procedures
  • Support the development of a high-performing team through onboarding, training, and performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate and legislative policy, process, letters, email templates, and documentation
  • Analyse reports to manage workload, productivity, accuracy, and overall team performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have previous Team Leader experience, playing a motivational role to develop and support a team to ensure they are high-performing and business objectives are met. Experience in HR Shared Services in a fast-moving and growing environment is essential, ideally within Financial or Professional services.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
