Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Nando's UK & IRE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users, ensuring that they receive timely and effective resolutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Log and manage incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and mobile devices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT service delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve in-house Service Desk knowledge
  • Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
Requirements:
  • 18+ months Service Desk experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Experience working with ticketing software (ITSM tool)
  • Strong technical skills, including software installation, patching, and upgrades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
