Development Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to join our team at Children North East. As a key member of our operational development team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our current work across the North East region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our internal voice offer to babies, children, young people, and families we work with.
- Support the Operational Development Director in researching new areas of work, scoping current issues, and trends affecting babies, children, and young people.
- Drive forward our current work across the North East region with support from the Operations Director and Operational Development Director.
- Work alongside the Policy team to influence and drive forward our policy and campaign work.
- Develop and implement project targets and KPIs to ensure our development work has a clear focus and is driven by the strategic vision of the organisation.
Children North East is a large North East based children's charity that works across the region, with some work extending across England, Wales, and Scotland. Our mission is to ensure all babies, children, and young people are happy and healthy, and to grow up feeling safe and loved, resilient to the challenges they may face, and valued and confident.
