Job Description

Fawkes & Reece London seeks a highly skilled Sustainability Strategy Advisor to join their team in London. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the company's sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project reporting requirements aligned with client needs, ensuring compliance with sustainability policies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sustainability to develop ESG strategy and roll-out plans, driving business growth and reducing environmental impact.
  • Design and deliver supply chain training and educational documentation, promoting sustainable practices throughout the organization.
  • Configure and monitor project sustainability reporting software, guaranteeing accurate data entry and analysis.
  • Work closely with Design Management teams to ensure BREEAM compliance and additional project standards, enhancing the company's reputation.
  • Train employees and educate the company on defined ESG standards, fostering a culture of sustainability.
  • Document and track community social benefits with project teams, demonstrating the company's commitment to social responsibility.
  • Prepare tender documents as required, showcasing the company's expertise in sustainability.
  • Lead initiatives on project sites and company-wide, driving positive change and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a qualification in Sustainability or Environmental Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office packages.
  • A proactive approach, capable of working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • An ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, project teams, and key business stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of sustainability.
