Sustainability and Climate Change Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Climate Change Advisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability and climate change strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability and climate change strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives and goals.
  2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to provide expert advice on climate change risks and opportunities, ensuring they remain competitive in their respective markets.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead and manage sustainability-focused projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sustainability performance and progress, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Training and Development: Create and deliver training modules on sustainability and climate change for staff, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  6. Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and forums, showcasing expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Service Development: Contribute to the development of new services and offerings in line with sustainability trends, driving business growth and innovation.
  8. Team Management: Manage a team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure exceptional results.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. An England & Wales Solicitors qualification.
  2. Experience in developing and implementing sustainability and climate change strategies within a professional services context.
  3. A deep understanding of climate change legislation and regulations.
  4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
