We are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic kitchen team and delivering high-quality food services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Craft imaginative and nutritionally balanced menus that cater to diverse tastes, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs of our students.
- Lead a team of chefs by example, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership, coaching, and delegation skills.
- Financially astute, with strong analytical and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
- Meticulous organizational abilities and a high attention to detail.
