Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to team members, promoting best practice and enhancing service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaborations and resource sharing.
  • Monitor and report on service quality, using statistical evidence to inform operational improvements.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health care.
  • Contribute to the divisional out-of-hours on-call rota, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and flexibility.

Requirements:

  • A core profession as outlined by BABCP (e.g., BSc Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work) and postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety and depression.
  • Additional training and qualification in team management and budgeting.
  • Fully computer literate and proficient in report writing.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and supervise others effectively.

Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, based on full-time hours.
