**About the Role:**

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Youth Worker to join our team at a reputable Special Needs School in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse special educational needs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating closely with teachers to develop tailored support plans for individual students.
  2. Providing one-on-one assistance to students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
  3. Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

About the School: We cater to children and young people aged 5-19 years who have complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, and Complex Needs.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided).
