Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Young Adults Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and providing coaching and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.

  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver holistic support and services.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care;">
  • Experience of working within Social Care and Learning Disabilities;">
  • An excellent communicator who can lead and motivate a team;">
  • Shift/Team Leading Experience;">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30K - £32,800 per annum, with the option to earn up to £77 per hour. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including life assurance and pension, car lease scheme, bike to work scheme, and full training and continued support.
