Barristers Administrative Assistant

About the Job:
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a leading barristers' chambers as a Junior Barristers Clerk, focusing on supporting the criminal clerking team. You will be responsible for providing a smooth and comprehensive clerking service, including diary management, brief recording, and court listing checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and recording of briefs and instructions
- Checking court listings and dealing with email and telephone bookings and enquiries from clients
- Assisting with fee negotiation, networking, and business development
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to follow processes carefully and with attention to detail
- Polite and friendly manner
- Confidence with IT and office equipment
- Willingness to learn and work well with colleagues
