About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Hestia Housing Support. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on contract management, procurement, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contract advice and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage corporate contracts to ensure value for money and meet policy objectives.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement specifications.
  • Represent Hestia at external meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in contracts management.
  • At least three years' experience in contracts management in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience in drafting policy documents and conducting performance audits.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
