Role Overview

The European Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Officer is a key role within the TJX Europe Marketing & Corporate Responsibility function. This position plays a vital part in driving profitable sales and increasing market share by delivering a compelling European associate communications programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute associate communications plans that align with TJX Europe's goals and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of content across various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to gather stories and content, supporting the delivery of projects and events that promote the TJX Europe brand.
  • Manage the digital screens content and calendar, including uploading, creating, and amending content for offices, PCs, and stores.
  • Ensure associate communications channels, such as the intranet and social channels, are up-to-date and promote their usage across the business.
  • Identify and curate relevant content to engage associates, promote the company culture, and support the development of a positive work environment.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communications channels, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for the Reputation & Communications team, including managing email distribution lists and ensuring accurate and timely communication of corporate announcements.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering events and producing engaging content.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
