Key Objectives:

This role aims to foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop tailored strategies to meet client needs and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Discover and pursue new sales opportunities within our existing client base.
  • Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
