Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kidderminster. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Create and present sales proposals that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
