Join our team as an Automotive Supervisor at Stellantis & You and take on a key leadership role in our vehicle service management team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum repair quality, developing team members' skills, and adopting new digital systems and processes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence in customer service and team development
• Drive the adoption of new digital systems and processes to improve team efficiency and performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

What We Offer
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
