Vehicle Service Excellence
As a skilled Automotive Supervisor at Stellantis & You, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional vehicle service experiences. This includes leading a team of technicians, adopting new digital systems and processes, and developing team members' skills to drive business success.

Key Accountabilities
• Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding vehicle service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
• Drive the adoption of new digital systems and processes to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Compensation and Benefits
Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
• Company car scheme - up to two vehicles
