Job Title: VP Eurex Clearing Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Fixed Income OTC clearing business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and promoting trading and clearing products and services to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in our Fixed Income OTC clearing business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Fixed Income OTC clearing space.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets, specifically in Fixed Income OTC IRD cleared markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Eurex Clearing OTC IRD technical, connectivity, and operating workflows.
  • Experience in related post-trade services, such as compression and optimization, is a plus.
  • Excellent project coordination and management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
