About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Greenwich Time to Talk NHS Talking Therapies service, you will play a vital role in developing and coordinating outreach workshops and projects with a health promotion focus.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of community engagement principles and experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with other relevant services. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of resources to support appropriate signposting for the Greenwich NHS Talking Therapies service and auditing and evaluating projects offered, with a view to contribute to service development.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our multidisciplinary teams look after people of all ages and we work in close partnership with other parts of the NHS, local councils and the voluntary sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate outreach workshops and projects with a health promotion focus
  • Maintain a database of resources to support appropriate signposting for the Greenwich NHS Talking Therapies service
  • Audit and evaluate projects offered, with a view to contribute to service development

Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level or relevant experience working at a similar level or role
  • Understanding of the NHS Talking Therapies project and Targets
  • Experience of working in partnership with a range of community agencies

Salary

£34,521 - £41,956 per annum (inclusive)
