About the Role:
Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Southampton. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and suppliers.
- Assist with logging and inputting data, preparing documentation, and providing support throughout the business.
- Collaborate with employees, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business operations setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, and experience with data entry and document preparation.
