Job Role: Centre Administrator

Reed Education is seeking an experienced Administrator to join an excellent education facility, providing support and liaising with various stakeholders while building positive relationships.

This role requires high standards of verbal and written communication, as well as organisation, creativity, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the education facility, ensuring high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders.
  • Utilise Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Publisher, as well as Google documents, to support administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively face-to-face, via email, and telephone.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Work efficiently in a busy environment, using initiative to solve work-related problems effectively.
  • Remain calm and professional, even under pressure.
  • Contribute to the team with a 'can-do' approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
