About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Radiology Department, including responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external professionals to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the Trust.
  • Manage and prioritize a complex workload, requiring a high level of concentration and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Requirements
  • 3 GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Word Processing skills.
  • Good customer relation skills and experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
