Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join their Sales & Marketing team in Belfast.

This role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales

Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers.

You'll identify and capitalise on new business opportunities using historical sales data and market insights.

You'll develop quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems.

You'll also ensure seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams to ensure accurate order execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Use aftermarket tools to analyse customer growth opportunities and provide the Head of Sales with regular updates on key performance indicators.

Requirements

Sales experience (2-5 years required): Proven track record in sales, particularly within a technical or industrial environment.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sectors is ideal.

You should be adept at building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

You should be comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.

A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.
