Wellbeing and Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Wellbeing and Assessment Specialist to join our team at Leaders in Care. In this role, you will develop and implement assessment tools that prioritize the needs of children and families, drawing on your expertise in child protection and legislation.
You will design and deliver training sessions on trauma-informed practice, assessment skills, and wellbeing, working closely with our team to create a supportive learning environment. Your experience in children's social work and strong communication skills will enable you to build trust with participants and foster a sense of community among them.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in delivering training programs and assessing the needs of children and families. You will be able to analyze complex information, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions.
