**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Transformation Unit at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a Haematology Cancer Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with cancer and blood disorders, providing expert care and guidance throughout their treatment and recovery.

Your responsibilities will include assessing, treating, and coordinating patient care, working closely with the Haematology and TYAC teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for communicating with primary and secondary care organizations to enhance the patient journey and experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrable experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Demonstrable experience in oncology/haematology
