We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Luton. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and collaborate with internal teams to pursue them.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting business performance and growth prospects.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses based on individual performance. We also offer health insurance, retirement plan, and wellness programs, as well as flexible working hours and remote working options.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
