We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our award-winning Under 18's Crisis Service in Norfolk and Waveney. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of our service delivery and clinical/management supervision of professional staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a responsive, high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers within the clinical environment.
  • Maintain compliance with key performance indicators.
  • Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust.
  • Provide professional governance and leadership within the area.
  • Deputise for the Deputy Service Manager as required.
Person Specification

We are looking for a mental health professional with a Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or other psychotherapy or counselling qualification. You will have at least 12 months post-qualification experience in a mental health setting or similar. You will be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience and have experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment.
