About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our award-winning Under 18's Crisis Service in Norfolk and Waveney. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of our service delivery and provide clinical/management supervision to professional staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a responsive, high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers within the clinical environment.
  • Maintain compliance with key performance indicators.
  • Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust.
  • Provide professional governance and leadership within your area.
  • Deputise for the Deputy Service Manager as required.
Person Specification

We are looking for a mental health professional with a Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent. You will have experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment and evidence of leading service development within a mental health setting. You will also be able to travel independently.
