We are seeking a talented and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Award Winning Under 18's Crisis Service at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team providing community-based intensive support to children, young people, and their families.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of service delivery, clinical/management supervision of professional staff, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.

You will allocate work to relevant services, monitor the team's contribution to the Trust's objectives, and provide professional governance and leadership within your area.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by providing a mental health service that shows compassion, kindness, and hope.

What You Will Do

  1. Provide leadership in a mental health care environment.
  2. Develop and implement service development within a mental health setting.
  3. Involve service users and carers in developing services.
  4. Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the Trust's objectives.
  5. Provide professional governance and leadership within your area.

What We Are Looking For

  • Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience.
  • Experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment.
  • Evidence of leading service development within in a mental health setting.
  • Involve service users and carers in developing services.
  • Able to travel independently.
