Clinical Oncology Specialist Dietitian

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of patients with cancer? We are seeking a skilled Clinical Oncology Specialist Dietitian to join our team at the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality dietetic advice and support to patients undergoing treatment for cancer, ensuring optimal nutrition and overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting patient-centered care and improving health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to clinical governance, driving continuous improvement and quality assurance within the trust.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nutrition and dietetics, with experience working in oncology settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and evidence-based care.
We offer a competitive salary range of £43,041 - £63,858 per annum, with an average salary of £56,378. The successful candidate will also enjoy a desirable work-life balance, working in a Good-rated hospital situated on the Norfolk coast.
About the Role:- This is a fixed-term opportunity, but we welcome applications from individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- The successful candidate will have a Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, current Health and Care Professions Council Registration, and a minimum of 12 months' experience working in various clinical areas within the NHS, including enteral feeding.
