Job Title: Clinical Team Leader
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the operational management of various aspects of service delivery within the team.
- Responsible for the clinical/managerial supervision of professional staff.
- Work closely with our leadership team to ensure a responsive, high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers.
- Develop and implement service-wide policies and protocols.
You will also be responsible for establishing partnerships and networks with key stakeholders and deputising for Adult Community services lead as required.
Additionally, you will undertake surveys and audits, attend all mandatory training, and manage your own working time effectively and accordingly to service demands.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered.
- Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level, including staff management/supervision experience.
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment, including service development.
- Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management.
- Mentoring experience.
