Care Quality Improvement Specialist

**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Quality Improvement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the improvement of quality of care, safety, and experience across our services.
You will be a seasoned clinical leader with experience in staff management, supervision, and professional development. Your ability to manage risk and develop quality improvement initiatives will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational management of aspects of service delivery within the team
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Clinical leadership and practice autonomously in making clinical judgements
Requirements:
- Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered
- Ongoing professional development working towards degree level
- Experience in staff management, supervision, and professional development
- Post-basic teaching qualification
- ILM certificate in management or equivalent
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills.
