About the Company:
HJC have been retained by a specialist manufacturer of innovative products to source a Process Improvement Manager for their site in the North West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a robust quality approach that permeates every function of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain a robust quality approach that permeates every function of the organisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality expectations are met
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the QMS
- Mentor, develop and coach the Quality inspection team
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a structured approach to quality is executed and sustained
About the Role:
An experienced Quality Engineer within an engineering-biased manufacturer, you will be engaging, passionate and able to influence. You will be proven in implementing change, whilst being collaborative and working cross-functionally with others to achieve a goal.
Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
