About the Company:

HJC have been retained by a specialist manufacturer of innovative products to source a Process Improvement Manager for their site in the North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and sustaining a robust quality approach that permeates every function of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and sustain a robust quality approach that permeates every function of the organisation
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality expectations are met
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the QMS
  4. Mentor, develop and coach the Quality inspection team
  5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a structured approach to quality is executed and sustained

About the Role:

An experienced Quality Engineer within an engineering-biased manufacturer, you will be engaging, passionate and able to influence. You will be proven in implementing change, whilst being collaborative and working cross-functionally with others to achieve a goal.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
