Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our busy recruitment team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team leader to ensure a first-class service is provided to all our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates. This includes effectively administering the recruitment process, coordinating pre-employment checks, and providing an advisory service to hiring managers and applicants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the recruitment process for assigned vacancies, including quality checking and placing adverts on NHS jobs.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, such as DBS, ID verification, professional registration/qualification checks, and reference checks for successful candidates.
- Providing an advisory service to hiring managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and adherence to recruitment processes, legislations, and best practices.
- Liaising with hiring managers, applicants, and support staff within the recruitment team to ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Effectively managing the TRAC dashboard to ensure timely completion of pre-employment checking and recruitment operations within agreed KPIs.
