Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilise various recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Facilitate reference checks, DBS applications, and background screenings as required.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to optimise recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities.
