Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our busy recruitment team at Imperial College Healthcare. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and candidates.
Main Responsibilities- Administer the recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring quality checks and timely completion of pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, ID verification, professional registration/qualification checks, and reference checks.
- Provide an advisory service to hiring managers and applicants to ensure adherence to recruitment processes, legislation, and best practice.
- Offer training and support to hiring managers on the correct use of NHS jobs, Trac, and other recruitment systems.
- Liaise with hiring managers, applicants, and support staff to ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Effectively manage the TRAC dashboard to ensure timely completion of pre-employment checking and recruitment operations within agreed KPIs.

Requirements- Experience of working in a recruitment environment in a busy organization.
- Proficiency in using HR Information systems and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
