We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Recruitment Officer to join our busy recruitment team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team leader to provide an exceptional service to all our stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring quality checks and timely completion of recruitment activities.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, including DBS, ID verification, professional registration/qualification checks, and reference checks for successful candidates.
- Providing an advisory service to hiring managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and adherence to recruitment processes, legislations, and best practices.
- Providing information, advice, and training for hiring managers regarding the correct use of NHS jobs, Trac, and other recruitment systems.
- Liaising with hiring managers, applicants, and support staff within the recruitment team to ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Effectively managing the TRAC dashboard to ensure timely completion of pre-employment checking and recruitment operations within agreed KPIs.
