We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Recruitment Officer to join our busy recruitment team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team leader to provide an exceptional service to all our stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Administering the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring quality checks and timely completion of recruitment activities.
  2. Coordinating pre-employment checks, including DBS, ID verification, professional registration/qualification checks, and reference checks for successful candidates.
  3. Providing an advisory service to hiring managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities and adherence to recruitment processes, legislations, and best practices.
  4. Providing information, advice, and training for hiring managers regarding the correct use of NHS jobs, Trac, and other recruitment systems.
  5. Liaising with hiring managers, applicants, and support staff within the recruitment team to ensure on-time delivery of services.
  6. Effectively managing the TRAC dashboard to ensure timely completion of pre-employment checking and recruitment operations within agreed KPIs.
