Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team as a self-employed consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive environment for members and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

About The Role: In this role, you'll be responsible for leading group fitness classes and one-to-one sessions, developing and delivering training programs, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be expected to maintain accurate records and meet performance targets set by the company.

Salary Information: Based on your extensive experience and qualifications, you can expect an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year. You'll have the flexibility to choose from contract options of 6, 12, or 18 hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A level 3 qualification in fitness instruction or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in leading group fitness classes and one-to-one sessions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
