SEN Support and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate educator to join our team as an SEN Support and Development Specialist.

Job Description:
This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, using the SCERTS model as a framework. You will also be responsible for implementing personalized strategies to support social communication and emotional regulation, creating a safe space for students to express themselves.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A qualified teacher with experience in special educational needs, particularly using the SCERTS model or similar approaches.
- A compassionate educator with a deep commitment to supporting students with autism and other complex needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience, creativity, and patience, allowing you to adapt to diverse learning needs and create an inclusive classroom environment.
