Current Experience
- You are likely an Area Chef, Operations Chef, or Senior Head Chef with experience in leading kitchens in bars or restaurants focused on fresh food.
- While multi-site experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- You balance management responsibilities with hands-on involvement, thriving in the dynamic environment of delivering exceptional hospitality.
- You have held senior leadership roles in high-turnover single or multi-site operations, demonstrating your ability to inspire and motivate large teams.
