We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at Roy's Region in Taunton. With a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef to take charge and shape the culinary direction of our open plan restaurant and impressive bar.

Compensation

Our Senior Kitchen Manager role comes with a competitive salary, comprised of an hourly rate plus service charge. With basic and tronc earnings, you can expect up to £40,000 on a 48-hour contract. Additional hours are available and paid fairly, ensuring you never work for free.

Work Schedule

We operate as a lunch and dinner restaurant, with fair operational hours and no super late nights. During the week, close times are around 9.30pm/10.30pm, while open starts range from 9.30/10am. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

Location

Our Taunton site is conveniently located in the city centre, within walking distance of the train station and main bus stops.

Training and Support

We offer 1-2-1 training with our Area Support Chef, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. Our supportive management team is always available to welcome you and provide guidance.
