Ecm Selection seeks a skilled mechanical design engineer to help us improve and further develop the design of a novel biological cell analysis system. This high-tech instrument uses microfluidics, optics, and software to rapidly process samples, making it a vital component of our product lineup.
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring your expertise in designing complex mechatronics products using SolidWorks, as well as knowledge of standard DFA/DFM techniques, including plastic injection moulding.
Additional expertise in designing opto-mechanical or fluidic systems would be advantageous, as would experience working in a regulated industry or with outsourced development partners.
