About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at Appoint Group. As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness for work assessments
  • Undertake case management over the phone and in person
  • Produce high-standard and quality management advice reports
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior members
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin and no restrictions
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health (preferable)
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting
  • Experience of exposure to case management and health surveillance
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

Person Specification

All applicants for the role of Occupational Health Nurse Advisor must be a Registered Nurse in the UK and have a valid NMC pin and have at least 1 year of UK Occupational Health experience. Applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
