About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join our team at one of our client sites. This is a hybrid position offering a blend of remote and on-site work, allowing for flexibility and a positive work-life balance.

As an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of employees within our client's organization. You will be responsible for conducting a range of assessments, providing expert advice, and managing cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Provide case management support to employees, both over the phone and in person.
  • Prepare high-quality reports outlining your findings and recommendations.
  • Offer clinical supervision and guidance to junior members of the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC UK pin, with no restrictions.
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor.
  • Proven experience within a commercial occupational health setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
