About the Role:

Gel Resourcing is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health surveillance and case management
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered RGN
  • Experience in occupational health and safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
