About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Lead Nurse to join our team at Occupational Health Staffing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team, providing day-to-day management of the department, and covering case management and health surveillance clinics as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality occupational health services
- Provide day-to-day management of the department, including supervising staff and managing resources
- Cover case management and health surveillance clinics as required, ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Experience in managing an occupational health team and department
- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles and practices
- Ability to use cohort and other relevant software systems
- DBS clearance
